Next Step: Fundraiser Career Coaching

6 coaching sessions to help you feel clearer, more confident and more in control of your career.

Introduction

Working in fundraising means carrying a lot — targets, expectations, emotional pressure, and the constant need to stay motivated even when resources are tight. It’s no surprise so many fundraisers reach a point where they don’t know where they are going and don’t know where to start.

This coaching programme gives you the space, support and structure to figure out what you want next and how to get there — without burning out or pretending you’re fine

Fundraising is emotionally demanding. You’re juggling targets, relationships, expectations and the weight of the cause. You’re often the one keeping everything moving, even when you’re stretched thin.

You’re expected to be strategic, calm, confident and endlessly resilient… while navigating complex stakeholders and limited resources.

This programme gives you the space to breathe, reflect and move forward with clarity

Why I coach fundraisers

I spent 15 years leading marketing and communications teams in charitable organisations, managing people through change, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating the same pressures you’re facing now.

Alongside that, I’ve studied human behaviour for years — through a Business with Marketing degree, a CIM DipM, a Level 5 management diploma, and my Level 5 professional coaching qualification.

Growing up in an environment that didn’t always feel welcoming taught me a lot about identity, resilience and finding your place in the world. Over time, I learned how to embrace who I am — and that journey shapes how I support others today.

Outside of work, I’m grounded by time with my boyfriend, family and friends, travelling, exploring culture and spending time in nature — especially at my allotment, where I grow vegetables and watch the seasons change.

I bring all of that the experience, the empathy, the humour, the humanity into my coaching.
